Born and bred in Cape Town, 20 years of age, I make noise all over Cape Town, be it playing hip-hop, jazz, reggae or experimental, or hosting a food jam where people meet, cook, drink and be very merry (check it on jadedewaal.com) or by cruising the scene. I'm an active member of what's hot and happening in Cape Town. I dig great music, know what's live in Cape Town every night, food, adventurous people, good times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've played with amazing musicians I respect. Another memorable moment was meeting Nelson Mandela in his house, years after he wrote a letter to my grandmother while he was still in prison.
