ABOUT ME

What a question !
It's really hard to talk about ourselves...

I'm a french girl living in Belgium to finish my studies.

I have values and love to be surrounded by people like me. I have an open-mind and I treat people with respect. RESPECT is one of the most important thing for me in the world.
My friends can trust in me, I'll be always there for them whenever they'll need me. When I say I'll do something, I actually do it ! I usually don't lie. When I have something to say, I just say it. I have a quite strong character.

For more practical things, I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol or coffee(just because I don't like the taste), I don't eat anything coming from water either :-/ (no seafood at all). And I don't eat sheep, lamb, duck ((for example) :-/ but chicken, pork or beef are fine :-)). I love fruits and vegetables. I know, that's terrible but one of my favorite meal must be pizza :-). I love to cook, even staff I don't eat ;-).

Since I'm doing my Phd, I don't have a lot of time. I can start at 8am and finish at 8pm sometimes it's worth... There is a lot of pression all the time so I need to travel more and more or spend time with great people to "breath", relax, to do what I like to do, to be able to work again after a break.

I'm eager to discover new country, new culture, new good people... I wanna see as much as I can from the world and learn as much as I can to be everyday a better person.

PHILOSOPHY

I love to learn more and more and I really need to feel that I can make the world better and help people that's why I'm doing a Phd in biomedical sciences.

I'm even asking myself if it would be useful to have a physiotherapist degree and I might start it after or during my Phd.

And I'm planning to travel around the world to make life better as small as I am !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm not here for a long time so my experience is quite limited but I've been hosted by two great guys in Malta, kind, who loved to share experiments and time.

I didn't have anyone at home yet.

Interests

I love to travel. I need it to feel alive !
I could not live without the sea ! I'm from Britany so when you grow up near the ocean, you have to live near it. So, I'm a scubadiver and I love to swim.
I also love motobike and mechanical sports. I just began skydiving but with the great belgium weather, I did't jump a lot (just 2 in almost a year :-( ! )
I love nature, beautiful landscape, animals.
I'm eager to try all new things ! I'd love to try kit surfing or... I don't know, anything which looks like fun !

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a really opened person.

Pop rock is what I prefere but I listen to every kind of music. I just have some issues with classical or techno (boom boom) music. ;-)

Same for movies, I can watch every kind of but I don't really like horror/suspens or at least not alone ;-) and in V.O. most of the time.

Even if I like reading, I don't have a lot of time to do it right now. I already have to read a lot of articles for my studies...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done so many interesting things...
My internship in mexico living in the desert without running water or electricity. Falling asleep listening to the blow of whales and meeting great locals people.
Or my hug with a wild antartic fur seal pup in New Zealand or my bungee jumping overthere too.
Or even my internship doing dolphin child therapy in the wild in Florida.
So many things I have done and would like to do...

I think we can learn something from everyone...
