ABOUT ME

Environmentalist, bit of a hippie, fun loving, easy going...love nature and history. Tend to get along well with everyone, always having a laugh and like to travel a bit differently (I know, I know...everyone says this, but I have to at least try to have my own unique experiences) . I also am trying to make a living from travel blogging and discovering UNESCO Heritage Sites... How well it is going depends on the day you ask me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Cannot offer a house as I have no 'home' at the moment, but have been to a few meetings and have meet up with other CS's for drinks / conversation

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Same as above, have only just started to use this properly and was hosted in Graz by a lovely lady, loved it so much great talk and night, then meet her friends and my next day was spent with them. Love it. Sometimes meeting a good person is better than sight seeing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Really no way I can narrow this done to '1' thing but some of my favourite recently:

-Diving with Manta Ray in Komodo Islands
-Hiking in the Himilayas
-Road trip in a Camaro through Death Valley, Yosemite and Big Sur
-Diving the crystal clear glacial water in Iceland
-Long nights of sauna and lake swims at a cottage in Finland
-Wildlife spotting in Galapagos
-Selfies taking with alpaca in Peru
-Seeing the Northern Lights in Lapland
-Sleeping under the stars on deserted islands in Fiji
