I grew up in Santa Catarina, South of Brazil, correctly living and working as a Junior Chef assistant in Dublin.
Generally I would say that I am a rather open-minded person and like all kinds of people and specially their stories. Apart of cooking, I also love travel, listen to music, glass of wine, do hiking, passion is traveling and climbing
