I live in Canada BC, but I was born in Korea

I worked in Navy before and now I work as a guard in military base in Canada part time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been to 35 countries before. I visited 27 countries in 1 year. I did study Spanish for 5 months in Guatemala, visited Tibet, have been to most countries in South America and Asia. I worked in navy before and with the ship I visited Mexico Manzanillo once and I liked it there. I visited Mexico again a few times after. I have been to Puerto Vallarta, Veracruz, Chetumal, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Escondido, Mazatlan and Mexico city. I would like to visit Mexico again sometime in the future. Maybe I lived in Mexico in the past life, although it seems very unlikely :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used couchsurfing when I was travelling 27 countries in 1 year 13 years ago. I don't do that anymore. I would like to meet local when I visit another country instead for walking around, trying local food,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did surf for the first time in Bali, Indonesia and went to Mountain Everest Base Camp. I saw the mountain with my own eyes, but there was a ride that took about 15 minutes to get there and I remember being on the bus the most.

I did live in Vietnam and Thailand on 300 dollars per month for couple months. I don't know why but I think about it sometimes.
