Hi people from all over the world! I'm Jaegu Ahn from South Korea and if you are not familiar with Korean names, you can just call me J.

I'm very easy going and open minded person. I know it's such a cliche sentence for introducing oneself but I really am ;) I have a lot of friends from different cultural background since I've been participating buddy program back in my home uni for 3 semesters. Those precious relationships influenced me in very positive way so now I'm seeking for more :)

I study geography, economics, and business administration but right now I'm doing my exchange in Rotterdam studying int'l business. I love to have a couple of drinks with people I like.

I'm a passionate traveler. I've been to quite a lot of places since I was a young boy. However back then I think it was more like 'sightseeing' rather than 'traveling'.

Now I define 'traveling' as throwing myself into the sea of novelty. This of course would involve appreciating beauty of natural environment and cool architecture , trying some exotic foods and drinks that I'm not familiar and so on, but I believe the indispensable element of traveling is 'people'. Good conversation with locals always inspires me with new idea and sometimes even breaks my tiny world (Which is one of my favorite moments!)

I believe couchsurfing would provide me the best platform to interact with locals. I want to blend into your life for a short moment, and I'm more than willing to open up my world too!

音乐、电影和书籍

I'm a huge fan of Korean indie music at the moment, but I used to be a rock n roll fan when I was a teenager (I was in a highschool band back then!) I listen to Chet Faker, Casker, and Clazziquai a lot these days.

I really like SF, Action, Noir, Drama films. I also love those movies which give visual and sound impact such as "Life of Pie", "Avatar" kind of stuffs.

Most of the time novels, but sometimes I read short essays too.
