So it has been 2 years that I've joined this amazing community. At the beginning. I felt it is impossible to find a host since I didn't have any references. But finally, one Portuguese girl accepted and the magic started. I made my first hitchhiking, dump diving, finnish sauna & several bucket lists with couch surfing. I deeply appreciate for such a great experience.

I'm always thinking how I can give it back to another travlers, since I can't host anyone because of my parents. I met up several travleres, and realized that I always show them same places even thought I'm 'local'. So I started project named "Loving Korea" with my friends. we discovered hidden places of our city, and give a free walking tour to travelers.

After all, that activitey gave me a gigantic motivation. I started to study about cultures&traditional customs. Soon I'll move to Cluj-napoca, Romania, as a exchange student. My first goal is to make a walking tour as a foreginer.

Until that I'll do my best to help anyone visit my city Seoul.
And I'm sooo happy because finally I can host someone in Romania.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

At the beginning, I thought couch surfing is good way to see around 'local' areas and 'local' stuffs. But now I'm suspicious about that concept.

What is the 'local' place?

I think most of local people like some places because it's just closed by / cheap / some personal reason. And some people(like me) even don't know much about their own city. I'm always asking some local tips but this is only small part of couch surfing.

Now, My point of couch surfing is following some other's life style.
Like reading a book. By couch surfing, I literally experience someone's life and thinks. Sometimes he iss a Romantic hitchhiker in France, old musician who played Oboe more than 30 years, Architect, Painter.... I'm just enjoying this experience itself.

Photo - My camera is always with me

Music - I play guitar, and Korean traditional flute. I'm still beginner of both instruments but enjoy it a lot. For guitar, I love it because I can play while singing. Traditional flute, I like it because it's sound of 1000 years ago Korea.
And as you know...I learn 1 song for each countries. Now I've learned almost 60 songs from 40 countries.

Cook - I can't leave without Korean food. So I practice cooking for myself / my host.

Travel - Definitely. I think this one will follow me entire my life...as form of hobby or job, whatever. I also made 3000+km hitchhiking in last trip.

Nature, Language - It's similar area with 'travel'. Basically I'm happy with any kinds of new experience and new area. But especially I love beautiful scene of Nature. And I always tried my best to learn local languages. Not just say "hello" or "thank you". Usually I'm learning over 50 words because that's my major & channel to link with local people.

I'm crazy about the musical, "Man of La Mancha"
maybe I watched the musical 4 or 5 times.
The story is adaptation of the novel, "Don quixote" by Cervantes.
It is about dreaming and hope in Human's life.
I really love the number, "Impossible dream"

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I wrote my own book about my travel - even inside of the army camp!

Military life doesn't give enough free time to soldier.
And my camp is even more hard then others(I work in only 0.5km from D.M.Z)
But I made a strong plan before going army.
I have to make a time like reducing sleeping times and work in weekend.
And we have only 2 computers, so I always wrote the book with hand.
Anyway..I did in that bad condition!!

.Now I make my book, before finishing the military duty.

I'm waiting for get the official number in the national library.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I learned Korean language, history and culture. And from next year, I'll deeply jump into Romanian language and culture where I stay as exchange student. I'm always looking for new cultural stuff.

Of course, I'd like to learn song of your country. I stopped it for a while because of too much works in Korea..but from now on start again. If you can make a video with me, that's the best!

I'm keep learning playing musical instruments & singing. I especially prepared traditional flutes for 2017..!
