Born and brought up in one of the most beautiful places on Earth (state of Kerala in India). Moved to the US recently to pursue some higher education, and now working for a research lab as an engineer and designer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a few friends who have used CouchSurfing regularly. Haven't received many requests myself; I guess thats because there aren't many tourists who visit the city I live in now.

Books: I don't even know where to begin. I like reading pretty much anything as long as there is some time I can set aside for it.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Lived in a rural village in India away from all usual comforts (like electricity, clean water, proper roofing, etc.) for 6 weeks. It was very hot, and each day was a tough challenge, and yet, at the end of it all, it left me with a deep sense of clarity of the things and people around me. It also gave me a great opportunity to read a ton of books without any interruption or other workload, and also look at the stars in the fantastically clear night sky. Never really took time out to do simple things like that consistently.
