About Me

(Quoting and blending Hazrat Inayat Khan, John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress, Edward Zwick's Legends of the Fall, and Taylor Hackford's Bound by Honor, i.a.) "I knew good and evil, sin and virtue, justice and infamy; I judged and I was tried, I went through birth and death, joy and sorrow, heaven and hell; finally I recognized that I am in all and everything is in me". After a few years of university I lost my way, but found another (not so bad, actually). "And though with great difficulty I am got hither, yet now I would not apologize for anything –if I had to start all over again knowing what I know, I would do exactly the same— nor I do not repent me of all the trouble I have been at to arrive where I am. My past made me who I am –good or bad, right or wrong— ; my marks and scars I carry with me, to be a witness for me that I have fought his battles".

Ego sum qui sum, et non est alius præter me. Aquarius-Gemini ascendant. Friendly, trustworthy, stubborn, sarcastic, rebellious. Blond AND Mexican : "I'm not a f***ing whitey, my color is a lie! [...] Mexican isn't a color, but a way of thinking, a lifestyle, a culture. I may be white from the outside, but I'm brown on the inside, to the bone".

CURRENT MISSIONs:

Short term: several times a day I realize myself thinking about the forest, and a glimpse of a dreaming ocean...!

Medium-long term: Non damnat quod non intelligunt. Temet nosce et Carpe diem!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

a) When I attended highschool, I initiate myself to astral travels, i.e. dream travelling, through time and space (e.g. see your future or your past, with full awareness). You'll say that it's a bit far-fetched, that I smoked the carpet or that I simply dreamed of films such as The Matrix, The Jacket, The Adjustment Bureau, or even Inception, and yet, I know people in the real life that I met for the first time in my dreams; once, I even managed to become aware of the precise moment (and time) of my own near future when a car would overthrow me... thanksfully, so when that moment finally arrived, I could avoid the accident!

b) When I lived in Brest, almost 10 years from now, and being perched atop a rock on the Rade, I bent at 45° on the void, with only stormy winds to prevent me from falling... I was almost hovering like a seagull ^^ great times!

c) To be awakened in the early morning by the troupe of howler monkeys and not by the rooster in the middle of the Mexico-Guatemala-Belice triangle and at night by the neighborhood jaguar that was scratching its claws on the tree trunk stuck to our camp, or swim on the banks of the Usumacinta, 50 km inland, and see appear, then disappear, not even 20 m in front of you a shark's fin (probably a sarda shark)
