While growing up in India, my dad was in the defence and had a transferable job meaning I was never in a city for more than 3 years. So hence, now one single place never suffices and I always have to keep discovering new ones... A naturalist and an animal lover by passion, I would be glad to be of any little assistance to keep the earth as lovely as possible.

I started travelling by myself about 7 years ago, bit by bit, near and far, alone or in a group, even if for just a weekend. It has been my all time wish to travel and learn about the world that we live in (and a lot more if possible). And what better way to know a place than knowing the local people?

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love any and every music that suits my ears. My taste in music has changed drastically through times from childhood to teenage to adulthood. Now it is a huge concoction of what suits my mood the best. Phil Collins is a God of vocals and Tom Jones can make me swoon with his croon... As a dancer I also absolutely enjoy fast beats to shake a leg on, and classic rock to chill to at times.

Not much of a live action series person but more inclined towards animation, I can go on a movie marathons, especially with animated, thrillers and horror movies. One of the movies I have been most thoroughly entertained by in recent times has to be the genius Tarantino's "The hateful 8".

My all time favourites have to be "Cloud atlas," "remember the Titans," "Shawshank redemption" and "the green mile".

As much as I love writing and reading, I have never really been an avid reader. A book has to really change my outlook (in a small or big way) and move me, only then the book has a meaning to me. From all the books I've read, I must say I have always liked the "Solitaire mystery" by Jostein Gardner. LOTR and the millenium trilogies being one of my most favourites of all time. I quite like indulging in auto/biographies too (inspirational and/or educational).

I also love dark humour and watching adult animated shows like Archer, the Boondocks, Black Dynamite and the Venture brothers. I am a massive geek when it comes to superhero cartoons, anime and comics.

Yes, I am a total geek for comics (much more than novels). If you guys haven't heard of "Chew" yet? I strongly recommend you go and find it... It is a gem of a dark, humorous, yet highly entertaining comic...
