Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I would like to meet new people and offer a place to crash. It is always better to visit places where you know someone who can show you around or tell you a little bit about the place.

I am interested in education, languages and care work. I studied development education and global learning so I love chatting about educational experiences in different countries or school partnerships.

I am also a qualified nurse so I enjoy chatting about health and medicine.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music is pop, r'n'b, hip hop but I am open to most styles of music. I also love classical music as I have just started up the violin again. My favourite films are Inception and The Matrix. My favourite books: I love all the Roald Dahl books, anything by Jodi Picoult, Das Versprechen von Dürrenmatt, Lorca and Brazilian cinema.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is difficult - maybe learn Sign Language? I am not sure - very difficult question.

Teach, Learn, Share

I work as a nurse in a hospital. I want to learn more about dementia and organise projects helping people with dementia. I am a qualified German and Spanish teacher but I teach English in Basel so I am able to share language learning tips.
