ABOUT ME

My name is Jai, I'm a responsible yet fun gay male who is very open minded and get along best with those who are also open minded!
I work in the hospitality industry and am very passionate about what I do - working allot!
Originally from Adelaide in South Australia and then moved to Melbourne for 4 years in 2010 and now onto the Gold Coast in Queensland.
I enjoy people who can do their own thing but are happy to go out for a beverage or adventure every now and again.
I'm really keen on learning about new ways of cooking and about different cultures, so would relish the opportunity to host or stay with 'Surfers' from around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to achieve my career and life goals of happiness and contentment. I want to make new friends and have a positive impact in other peoples lives.
I am a happy go lucky, down to earth person who thinks about how to make things better for the people around me and add more value to my life and the things I'm apart of.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm participate in Couchsurfing through being a Host and a 'Surfer' when travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I went to the United Kingdom, I stayed on the couch of a friend. The house had 6 people already in it, but it made for a lively couple of weeks! Everyone was really accommodating and I enjoyed myself mostly due to the fact that I was included in what the others were doing but not obliged to join in if I didn't feel like it. I had a great time and would do it again!

兴趣

I'm interested in food, wine, culture, music and travel.
I enjoy going to the movies, watching captivating television shows, reading great books, self developing and listening to inspiring music. I get excited when there's talk of roadtrips or gatherings. I love having people around me - and can be quite boring if I don't have this social interaction!

Travelled to Italy with San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna (two famous Italian waters) and visited galleries and museums kept aside for Royalty!
Road horseback through the Italian Alps, attended the World Cooking Cup in Venice, was a guest on a Japanese television show and won Australian Young Waiter of the Year.
