Overview
About Me
New to Austin. I've got a few long time friends here, but also looking to grow my circle, and find a few local explorers.
I was previously living in New York, took a few months off to go to Nepal, SE Asia, and ended up here.
I quit my Job in 2011 to hike, live, help, and learn from a list of places I always wanted to get to know better. I went to South America, France, and Spain, with short stops in Israel and Tunisia to visit friends. Then I went to Japan and learned some Japanese and met a lot of great people everywhere I went.
Before I settle in, if I ever do, there's a lot I have to see first, and many many people to meet.

Teach, Learn, Share
I've done two tours of South America, over a year's worth of travelling and living. I'm also fluent in Spanish and very familiar with Latin America so I would be able to help with questions and suggestions for travel throughout the region. I've quit my job, sold all my stuff, and hit the road more than once, in case you need any encouragement to do the same.
