I have hosted a few (very few) people and would like to start it up again. It's a great experience.

None so far, but I'm ready. That's why I'm here!

Intereses

I'm deeply invested in music. I am not talented or have skill in it by any means but I am an avid admirer. My poison of choice is almost any variation of rock. Go with me to a show and buy me a beer and we're instant friends. Other than that; reading, satirical representations of politics, outrageous theories that could very well be true, science in any form, nature, etc.

Música, películas y libros

Movies - anything fast paced and/or psychological. I like gore as well. A few of the faves include Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Vanilla Sky, Lucky Number Slevin, Fight Club, Domino, V for Vendetta, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Four Rooms....

Music - As I said any variation of rock. Top 3 bands include Minus the Bear, Bayside and mewithoutyou but if you care to delve further you can check my listening habits at : http://www.last.fm/user/J-Me/

Books - I'm a sucker for the Chucks - Klosterman and Palahniuk. But my true love is Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Yet my favorite book is not by any of these authors. It is The Art of Looking Sideways by Alan Fletcher. This is because it contains a bit of everything. I also enjoy a bit of poetry from time to time - E.E. Cummings and Pablo Neruda are atop that list.

Nature amazes me the most. An ocean sunset. A giant waterfall in the middle of a forest. Lunar eclipses and meteor showers. Twisted trees on the side of the road. Architecture is second best, it is human creation yes, but can also be as beautiful as nature.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Teach - I'm not sure what you would like to learn. I like to dance and drink and chat the night away. I like to have those deep conversations that all involved walk away and go wow, what amazing people. I can cook.... a little. I love food and really appreciate good cuisine and wine. I'd love to learn to cook better. Play guitar possibly. Anything really. I love exploring theories and ideas about the future, for all of us. I like learning other people's opinions and points of view even if they don't align with mine. Shoot, sometimes especially when they don't align with mine. I like to be challenged mentally. Let's share, I'm up for whatever.
