About Me

I like to get involve in all kind of projects. My most important experience was leading the robotics team of my High School, and to compete in national and international tournaments.

I am passionate about constructions, I actually built the workshop for my robotics team along with some of my partners. I like to teach how to build robots; I have served as a mentor to a starting FLL robotics team that made it to the national and two other FRC robotics teams in other High Schools. I have programmed in HTML. Python, Java, Arduino, I have worked with web pages. I consider myself a good student, especially talking about science: physics, chemistry, and math. I was selected by the state on both math and chemistry Olympiads.

I have taken a cooking class, another course on literary analysis based on historical context (Witnesses of History), another on Biotechnology and chemical sciences (where I also learned first aid), and a class on perspective and observational drawing skills.

I love sports and have won tournaments in basketball and football. I also like swimming and mountain cycling. I consider myself good in sciences competitions and have won one (the “Knowledge Marathon”), as well as some robotics competitions (one against college students from Tec de Monterrey).

I know a lot about mountain bikes, I know how to adjust and fix all type of brakes and gearings, fix wheels, etc. I also do bmx, I have painted and modified mine.

I love children, I know how to take care off them (I have a lot of cousins and a little sister), but I am specially passionate about teaching and having fun. I worked and traveled to the mountain range of my state with an student group to help people in need. It was focused on preparing a powder to fight malnutrition in children and old aged people. I traveled three times to provide the powder, food, clothes and knowledge. The team was prepared by professionals to prepare people to teach the general subjects in the lower school levels. We also made a camp for the children to teach them hand crafts, and had a lot of fun.

I was a waiter in a my mothers restaurant and in a little local in mexico for around a year.

I am also passionate about experimenting: I am constantly searching for courses on interesting topics (science and art, mostly). I like “Vikings” and “Game of Thrones”. I was also the president of a student group I created, the general objective was to make Monterrey a greener city, starting from a greener school. It was called "Urban Green Area”.
I love creating, experimenting, living.

I lived as a workawayer in Lindau, Germany. Until now, I have totally loved this experience, I develop myself in such things like building with wood, general cleaning, cooking, gardening, taking responsability of renting an apartment and renting rooms.

I worked in three different restaurants in Germany and earned some money for my studies.

I do yoga and meditate every morning to maintain my mental state, and be happy and full of energy the whole day. I use to go to the gym at least 4 times per week.

I love to think, and I like to read things that make me think, I like Camus, Nietzsche and other existencial philosophers.

Now I am living in Basel with three other students, it has been an amazing year, in Switzerland and I cannot wait to live the next one.
I love food, i cook everyday I eat absolutly everything.
