I'm a Civil Engineer from the United States. I just recently relocated to Antofagasta, Chile to work on a construction project. I'm getting to know Chile and plan on traveling around South America on my time off from work. I love seeing new places & meeting new people.

Right now, I just want to learn what other people have done, hear stories, and get advice! I am planning some trips soon & would love to meet up with people when I am town. I love seeing interesting architecture, hiking up to places with nice views, visiting cultural landmarks, and trying new foods, but my favorite part about traveling is getting to know people!

I also love cooking and have tons of American recipes I could share. I always travel with a small pack of spices (and am always picking up new ones).

As far as any special skills go, I was on a step dance team in college. (in case you don't know, this is step: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1gtCjLWpuc ) I'm not NEARLY as coordinated (i.e. standing tests my balance skills) as the guys in the video, but if you're into dancing like a fool, I make a great teacher... I also know all the moves to Michael Jackson's Thriller. So, there's that...
