About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To positively impact the world in a creative way

ABOUT ME

Let's see - I ride my bike a lot. I enjoy being active. I'm writing a book about a Disney animator who became a labor leader. I respect noise volume and personal space, as a note to you hosts. I'm a hippie/hipster and a Wall-Street Wannabe. I have traveled on my own many times, but I enjoy good company as well.

PHILOSOPHY

"Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes!" - Abraham Lincoln (via Bill & Ted)

"My hope is to leave the world a little better for having been here" - Jim Henson

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to the site, but informally I've hosted people from Israel, Australia and as far away as California. I've crashed in bus depots and airports in my day, but I much prefer a cushion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen my name in print. That never stops being amazing. ... I've biked more than 100 miles on a hybrid bicycle, many times.

Teach, Learn, Share

To unclog a toilet, first look under the porcelain for a faucet and turn the flow of water off. Then take your plunger and place it as closely over the toilet drain as you can. Push down repeatedly to force air and water down through the pipe. Don't focus on the pull. This will work in no time. ... If you want to save water every day, put a brick in your toilet tank. Less water will be used for each flush. Sorry this is about toilets, but hopefully it's news you can use.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Canada, Ecuador, France, Israel, Italy, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In
