About Me

Hey there! I'm a 23 year-old person and freelance artist. I have no clue where to go with my life currently, but I do know that I love to travel and seeing new parts of the world. I've gone to Japan three times, as I've dreamed about that since I was a teenager. Now I'm slowly regaining interest in the beautiful cultures just around the corner, here in Europe.

I love open communication and sharing experiences. I love being creative and honest. I prefer reading a book or taking a walk over going to a party, due to personal preferences. I neither smoke cigarettes nor drink alcohol, so please don't expect me to partake in either. Instead I would love to be shown around and told about wherever you live!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I firmly believe a vacation is so much more enjoyable if not spent in some random, expensive hostel, but spent with actual, genuine people in their homes, getting to know their culture and country and sharing some time together.

Once I feel able to, I would also love to host some people in return, and get to know amazing people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Too much. I'm very open genre-wise, and love being introduced to new music!

Movies: Quite a lot, I feel like I'm not too picky there. I love sci-fi, movies focused on extraterrestrial life. Occasionally also slice-of-life, or documentaries. I always love seeing new movies!

Books: I recently started reading much more than before. I thoroughly enjoyed the KonMari series and feel like it helped me organize my life way better than before. Currently I'm reading "Song of Achilles", which is very different to other things I've read and I'm having a great time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to work on my hobby and make myself a name to the point where I can earn 500 - 1000 USD on a monthly basis selling it! I'd like to think that's something amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I studied mineralogy/geology for 1 1/2 years, maybe I can teach you some about that! That aside I have some knowledge about art/drawing, and I care a lot about LGBT+ topics, so I would love to discuss that!
I also enjoy talking about languages and would be very open to teaching you some German!

If we determine a date for me to stay at your place before my departure, you can always feel free to request me to bring you something from my home country! =)
