I'm from Baltimore, Maryland and went to school at Virginia Tech. Now, I'm teaching English in Krakow, Poland. It's my first time ever teaching but I like the challenge. I think I am probably learning more about myself and teaching than my students are about English.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love meeting new people and hearing about their stories.

Interests

I'm interested in sports and exercise in my free time. I played lots of sports in high school and college. Now I mostly like to exercise and crossfit train. I love hiking and camping. I spent a lot of time in college hiking in the Appalachian mountains. This past summer I went hiking in the Peak District in England, Rockies in Colorado, and the Pacific Coast in Oregon. Also, I like to dance salsa and swing at local places in Krakow.
