I am a serial traveler with family, friends and solo for 20+ years. From 2017-19 I enjoyed a solo trip around the world covering many parts in North America, South America, Australia / New Zealand, and Asia. It completely changed my life having the Couchsurfing community.

I spent a few years afterwards with my partner, living around the US in Asheville, NC and Los Angeles, CA. In 2025, I stopped working and began a new lifestyle of more nomadic and slow living and traveling, staying with friends and family, caring for pets on Trusted Housesitters, and exploring new and old places. Including reconnecting with several CS hosts and friends!

I am looking forward to meeting wonderful people and building great relationships while on the road. I'm very laid back, enjoy deep conversation and learning about people. I love music, yoga, meditation, hiking, laughing, SCUBA, reading and eating all kinds of vegetarian food. I'm a decent cook, love breakfast, genuinely enjoy doing the dishes, and am always curious to learn to recipes and experience the worlds of my hosts and friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be able to meet people who are living where I'm traveling, and return the favor when I'm not on the road. It is truly the best way to share culture, develop friendships and see the best of what a place has to offer.

Also, I'm all about the budget traveling life!
