Overview
About Me
I have grown up on the Isle of Anglesey in north Wales. I have been very lucky to grow up in such a beautiful, peaceful part of the UK, surrounded by some stunning coast line, and just close enough to venture into the wilderness of Snowdonia National Park.
Began my travels in 2016 ,travelling through south east Asia , had a blast!
Loved the food, markets, jungle trekking and the wonderful people.
the most welcoming, genuine people in the world.
I was inspired to travel further, and find as many friendly faces that i could around the world.
I currently spend my winters with my girlfriend in the Rhodope mountains in southern Bulgaria.
Loads of mountain adventures as well as snowboarding most days.
And the summers are back in Wales with my family and musical friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
So many friends I have found through Hosteling around countries recommend CouchSurfing. I hope that it will allow me to discover and understand new parts of the world, down to the smallest details.
The best route to understanding a foreign culture surely has to be learning from a local. I'm on CouchSurfing to learn of other ways of life, and to find friends who are as compelled to teach me about theirs.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite albums at the moment are Salad Days - Mac Demarco / Fella Soul Afro hip hop compilation / Fat Freddys Based on a true story / there's a whole lot more I love,
Big fan of electo swing like Parov Stellar. Recently got into 70s funk and soul. Always got time for early reggae and ska, but also enjoy a mad riffy gig.
I have a long list of films I love. But off the top of my head, ExMachina, Training Day, Scott Pilgrim, LockStock, inglorious Basters, Superbad, and Frank.
And the only books I've had time for recently have been a handful of scrappy Lonely Planet guides I've picked up along the way.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Im and easy going bloke, but always thrilled to share my opinions, as well as a life long passion for music and performing, with anyone who would give up a space in their home and a little of their time to me. It's the least I could do.
