I am a theatre artist residing in Portland, OR. I grew up in a tiny town near the Canadian border in Maine, came to Portland for college, and have been here ever since. I am 24 years old, I make about half my money thru acting and the other half picking up odd jobs (most memorably, I've sold garage doors and operated amusement park rides).

Interests

I like beer, and wine, and trying new foods. I like museums, libraries, cathedrals, movie theaters, all the public spaces where people talk in hushed tones. I am a sucker for the history of a place, or an institution.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 19 I moved to New York City and did stand up comedy for a summer. I didn't know anybody in the city, but found a great sublet in East Harlem on Craigslist. I snuck into bars, stayed out 'till 4:00, bombed a lot, learned a lot.
