About Me
CURRENT MISSION
The same thing you all want; to see the world! It's my dream to see every country, to experience every culture!
ABOUT ME
I love meeting new people and seeing new places. I find it easy to make friends as I love listening and talking to find common interests. I'm always up for trying anything I haven't tried before, so if I ever stay with you and you have a weird hobby, please tell me! I'd love to try it!
PHILOSOPHY
I believe everyone on this planet is here to help each other. Forget money, if someone needs something, and you have it to spare, then you should help them out. Kindness will always be rewarded with kindness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to get involved in groups and events as much as I can, and if they don't exist yet, I'll make one! I've stayed in various places around New Zealand and Australia, and have finally been able to offer my own couch since I moved to Norway. Met some very cool people, and can't wait to host again.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Met up with a couple of guys to go on a hike around Mercer Bay, NZ. It was epic! The views were absolutely incredible, and the people were awesome too!
Also got to stay in a really nice apartment in Darwin, AUS. It had an amazing view of the city, and the guys were great. We were 3 staying there for a while and had an awesome time.
Interests
I love travelling, I really learned a great deal during one rather long and memorable trip.
I also love films, it used to be a huge (I don't want to say) obsession of mine for years. I spent hundreds on DVDs that now sit gathered dust in my home country, still great to pick one or two out every time I visit my family though.
I've also managed to spend a lot more time kayaking since I started working as a guide last summer '15. Something about floating down a river that just relaxes me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: I like millions of movies, I used to be an avid DVD collector before I started travelling. I love them all though, even terrible movies can be enjoyable!
6/6/16 - Lately I've been really into animation again, nothing beats a good Pixar.
Music: Pink Floyd has remained my favourite music for quite a few years, so I'll give them a mention.
Books: The Hobbit is my all time favourite, and Stephen King's Dark Tower series is way up there as well. Other than that, I read quite a lot of science. Stuff about evolution (and a lot of other biology), space and Earth fascinate me way too much.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While I was in Sydney I went to a surf camp and got to surf with Dolphins, that was pretty incredible!
Another time, while in Athens, I climbed to the tallest point in the middle of the night and sat at the top, waiting for the sunrise. When it rose it sat between two hills and was the most beautiful sunrise I've seen so far!
I spent 15 months in Australia, and absolutely loved it! There were too many amazing things to list, but camping on the side of a cliff in Coogee (Sydney) watching the sun rise was pretty incredible!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn how to rock climb properly. If you see that I'm in your city and you can, I'd love to hear from you.
I can teach you English if you'd like help with that, other than that I don't have much to offer, not yet anyway, I'm working on it!
