ABOUT ME

Im living in Japan just finished teaching english in primary schools (loved the job), trying to save my money so that i can travel around for a while (maybe another year)and then going back to the UK to do a masters in multimedia journalism.
I think you'll like me :)

PHILOSOPHY

I have had the most amazing year in Japan, have managed to achieve all my goals and more whilst here, have made some amazing friends and memories, and want to keep living life by making goals and just going for it. If you wanna go snowboard insane powder in Japan, do it. If you wanna live in Okinawa by the beach with a Japanese family, do it! I wanna go live in Australia for a bit next...i think il do it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far iv only had 2 girls from Sydney who i met in Tokyo couch surf with me in Japan but now we're great mates. Other than that iv just managed to give advice on local attractions in Okayama city, not an easy thing to do considering its pretty low down the top tourist destination list!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met 2 aussy girls in tokyo and a good laugh together, when they said they were off to the West of Japan i offered them a stay at mine. Turned into literally the best weekend ever, mainly because they got on so well with all my foreign and Japanese girl mates, we partied the night away and we're still all great mates despite our distance from each other, good old Skype! I hope i get some fun experiences and memories if someone opens up their home to me :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: recently inception was great. Music: i know its a cop out but i like sooo much music, il listen to anything on spotify. Books: i only just started ready for fun again recently because my degree was all about reading books too much, im currently reading One Day by David Nicholls and At Home by Bill Bryson.
