ABOUT ME

We both ended up in Maryland for college and hardly interacted during our shared years there. Rhian graduated and moved to Colorado, while Jake continued his college experience on the east coast. While passing through town, we got to talking at the local bar and continued talking cross-country. The long distance thing only worked for so long, so after Jake graduated we moved to Missoula to enjoy the west together.

Jake enjoys history, politics, good beer and his cat Maya. Rhian enjoys reading, the outdoors, canning fruit and her cat Huckleberry.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A friend of ours gave us a call one evening just to let us know that he had just hosted a couchsurfer who happened to be on his way to Missoula, where we live. The guy couldn't find a couch, so our friend had offered ours. neither of us had any experience with couchsurfing and had no idea what to expect. Would it be awkward? Would it be awesome? Turns out, Peter was a super friendly guy and the experience was a breeze. After Peter continued on, we decided to jump on the couchsurfing train.
