About Me

I have a genuine excitement for life. I wake up early everyday and I'm ready to do things. I love ideas, I love working on projects, I love learning. I have done alot of work as an artist. I am always coming up with ideas for things to be and things to do.

I also have a deep appreciation for nature, plants, and the discomfort that comes from living away from a city and a comforatable bed.

I would describe myself as an ecstatic pessimist, I feel as though the current global socio-political situation is far worse than people like to admit, but I don't let that personally effect me. I join other groups of people who envision and practice different future than we are heading towards and don't place the cataclysms of the world on my shoulders.

I have worked as a software engineer, an a rt teacher, and a metal sculptor.

I am passionate about social justice.

I meditate.
I cook.
I cycle.
I explore the world around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interests

I enjoy cycling, conceptual art, botany, creative writing, anarchist thought, and computer science. I am always working on projects, most recently projects involving metalworking (welding and blacksmithing). I also enjoy making fermented things mostly sauerkrauts, kimchis and sourdough breads.
