ABOUT ME

I am a very easy going, friendly person. I love adventure of all sorts and I am always up for trying something new. I find the most peace in nature and with meditation. I have found a deep serenity in my life and I wish to share my peace with others but I have no desire to impose my beliefs or change perspectives by force. I merely enjoy existing and enjoy sharing experiences with other conscious beings :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My first experience of true presence gleaned through Zen meditation. All the thoughts in my mind drifted away and I was left in the pure expansive reality of the present. Boy is it a beautiful existence we have on this earth!

Summiting a mountain top with my brother and two close friends on a long backpacking trip, we gazed out over the vast expanse of granite and pines reminded of the scale of our being.
