About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy life in whatever shape it appears
ABOUT ME
I think mainly, what defines me are my interests. I like to do what I like and I pursue my interests if they are not immediately available.
I used to to work on animated movies and have been moving around the world doing that. I love it and I will always love it, but it turned out that I couldn't see myself only doing that for the rest of my life. In combination with a big interest in computer science and electronics, I have recently started studying for a degree in Mechanical Engineering, in order to bridge the gap between Computer Animation and the real world - Art and Technology.
I now build robots that smile using fancy-pants tech at The Danish Technical University and I love it!
Also, I recently spent a weeks worth of my life listening to amazing music at the Copenhagen Jazzfestival 2013 and immediately went home and bought a Clarinet. I'm now trying to learn to play it along with many other instruments I'm learning to play. Some of which I already play fairly well.. others I just bought because they are ridiculous.
I used to play loads of music. Mainly guitar and percussion. I still jam occasionally, but I'm no multitasker and my current obsession lies elsewhere.
PHILOSOPHY
Smile, it confuses people

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed once, hosted a few and it was amazing! Hoping to do heaps more in the future.
Interests
Primarily I'm interested in building stuff that moves. This currently comes to life through a former career in CG Animation, now combined with studies in Mechanical Engineering. All the secondaries are rather diverged areas such as music, art, cooking, contact juggling, yoga, tap-dancing/electric boogie, electronics, physics, computer-science, bio-chemistry, robot-mechanics and philosophy.
Not necessarily in that order though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching shooting stars from a mountaintop in Kashmir by the light from the fire in our camp of 3 tents. Hearing a pack of dogs go crazy on another mountaintop and being told that it's either a bear or a tiger.
Midnight Kayaking in the pitch black far end of The Bay of Islands in New Zealand, where the water lights up by luminescent algies every time you touch it with the paddles or hands... closest thing to magic I've ever seen.
Making friends all around the world...!!
I realise that was 3. Sorry about that.
