Movies: hmm, I enjoyed recently Sicario (what an atmosphere!) and Spotlight (plot) but of course the best movie ever is Gladiator with Russel Crowe.
Books: I read a lot so I will not choose my favourite, but last books I've read were all Houellebecq's and some Konwicki's.
