HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wish to travel and share wiews and thougts and skills and to learn, experience and exchange.

Things only exist because they are interesting, or do they.

Music, Movies, and Books

Raymond Carver with his plenty saying simplicity and silence. Hemingway and Hesse were helped me grow when I was young. Pirsig with Zen and the art of motorcycle maintnance gave me the feeling of not being alone.
Axel Munthe, Mika Waltari, Theodor Kallifatides and ofcourse the magnificent Peter Hoeg are among the most important.

Too many movies. Werner Herzog and Klaus Kinski cooperation is something amazing. Sergio Leone, Akira Kurosawa, Aki Kaurismaki, Jim Jarmuch and Kim Ki-duk among the directors. And Ingmar Bergman during the dark winter nights in Finland.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Silence of the forests of finland and the wonder of wild beutiful mushrooms.

Crossing the atlantic with sails or walking the Camino de Santiago have been personally very enlightning experiences.

Being able to reach people by cooking is what I consider the greatest challenge and greatest achievement in my life.

I love to cook for people with people. I can teach some yoga.
I listen, I try to understand, I help when I can and I work.
