Overview
About Me
Nature is my place to be, to slow down from busy life, whether it's just a short wake-up walk or multi day hike.
Important: Please don't forget to read my profile before you send the request. 🤗
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I've surfed at many awesome couches in different countries while I traveled. It's the best way to meet locals and I'm glad that I've discovered it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing hosts provided me with advantages that normally a newcomer to a place won't experience. Like offbeat areas and hidden gems of a place, parts of the towns you normally won't see if you would stay in a hotel.
Thank you for reading so far <3 you got an idea how Couchsurfing works. If you're coming to my flat I would like you that you mention in your request your favourite way of travel, so I know that you read the profile. Can be cycling, walking, running, driving etc.. :-)
Interests
Excited about all kind of sports and activities and some I tend to more than others:
Love making things with my hands so crafting, pottery, woodworking, building, repairing, upcycling, permaculture gardening are my passions.
Really enjoy listening to music, foraging, climbing, hiking and cycling.
Being kind to Nature - I like to observe closely the life in it, slow down, then one understands. It's the teacher and it's right here, always, just need to take care of it. 🌈

Music, Movies, and Books
The music I enjoy varies from classic 60s music and psychedelic rock through neoclassical and ambient music to punk rock. It all depends on the music mood I am in. My musical taste is kind of all over the place.
One of my favourite shows is Breaking Bad.
I found interest in different books but I tend to finish just some fully. Non fiction is really good for me and books about self development etc - such us from Gabor Maté, David R. Hawkins.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Love to watch sunset and sunrise in nature. Every time.
Highlands of Scotland!
I wandered to every corner of Taiwan and saw its beautiful landscapes and met one of the kindest people in the world. Love that country!
I spend 15 months in New Zealand and it was the best time of my life - my mind opened to the world and I feel I am one step closer to find my true self. Most notably I loved Waiheke Island and Golden bay in South Island.
Scuba-diving, Sky-diving, Dumpster-diving you name it!
I built a campervan from mostly recycled materials and lived and traveled in it for few months.
Bikepacking - biking and camping fused together, in summer2023 had been two weeks in Norway, biking, foraging, cooking and sleeping in nature for some 700km on the road.
Teach, Learn, Share
Would love to learn about you, your travel stories, culture and interests when we meet. I am interested to learn how to cook new dishes, speak new words, or learn a new game.
I can teach you how to bake sourdough bread, tell you a bit about Slovakian culture. Try a sport together.
