ABOUT ME

I am always up for some fun and mischief. When I'm not studying I am doing parkour training, longboarding, listening to some music or hanging out with friends. I am willing to try most things at least once if only to say that I've done it. I try not to take things too seriously and there's always time to have fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to experience cultures of the world in an authentic way, and what better way than meeting the locals? If I'm at home I'll be more than happy to show people around, I currently live in a small flat in Northern Finland with room for one or MAYBE two people for ONE or if really needed TWO nights (if you want to stay more than two nights you may have to find some place else). I wouldn't say I can definitely host but if you send me a request I'll see if I can help you out!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed my way up Finland and had some great times and met some great friends. Couchsurfing gave me my first true Finnish sauna!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have quite odd musical tastes. My favourite band generally changes depending on what mood I'm in. I listen to a lot of heavy metal and especially have a great love for black metal. I also have a soft spot for classical, hip hop, jazz and most alternative genres. Pretty much anything that isn't mainstream is likely to catch my musical attention.

I also read books often with some sort of fantasy element. Terry Pratchett is a favourite though.

Movies aren't that big in my life but I do enjoy a good one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Melbourne city at night from a rooftop whilst urb-exing, ice swimming, breaking the speed limit on a skateboard, seeing the northern lights, diving into -30c snow straight out of the sauna, longboarding under the midnight sun whilst trying to avoid families of reindeer. All in a day's work.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to share my inerests with people who may not know what they are. For instance, if you have no idea what parkour is I'd be glad to share what I know! If I have an interest in something I always want people to share it with. I also want to expand my own experiences and learn interesting things that anyone has to teach.
