Hello! My name is James and i am a dance instructor/artist looking to make a difference in how people connect with one another in this world! I have been dancing for 9 years, (5-6) breakdancing and in the last 3-4 years i fell in love with social dancing. I have studied Kizomba and taught in places like Toronto, Montreal, SF, DC, Detroit, New York, And LA. Always looking to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve the communities i visit! Not only do i love Kizomba but i am proficient in Salsa, Bachata, Tango, and have dabbled with east coast swing. If i find myself on your coach don't hesitate to ask for a quick lesson. Dance brings us together and the relationships we build along the way hold the world together!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Currently I am making a move from Rochester NY to Toronto and in the process of looking for a job and a home for my 1-2 year stay! I've couch surfed in San Fran a couple years ago and loved the experience and have found the people i met and the experiences i shared were just as special as the events i attended and cities I have stayed in!

Aside from my very clear love for dancing I have taken to my art as a way to express myself when my words have fallen short. Music, art, meditation all go hand in hand and bringing them into the world through workshops and example has become my mission in life.

I road my bike from rochester to the capital of Pennsylvania. 300 miles. It was an epic crazy adventure in which i learned so much about myself and my drive to accomplish huge outlandish tasks!
