Overview
About Me
I am an adventurous person who loves to explore and experience nature, where ever it can be found
I enjoy hearing peoples stories and understanding how locals really live when I travel, so I try to hitchhike or get chatting with locals when I get the chance
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It is a mixture of local knowledge, making new friends and financial reasons.
Travelling around South America solo a few summers back really taught me how many of the best things to do and see will not be online but instead in the heads of the locals you will meet along the way. I also had a little bit too much fun last summer and that mixed with my university costs has put some financial strain on my plans, hence I am trying to camp where possible and rely on local generosity where I am unable.
I have meet many amazing people on my travels, of which spending time with them and what we did together helped create some unforgettable moments. Hopefully couchsurfing will also allow for more of these moments to happen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spending my 22nd birthday in the Amazon jungle (Bolivia), rafting down the river with just me and a local, who also opened up his home to me. Had an amazing time and many laughs despite our reciprocal language skills being basic.
