I write about sport for a living, and have done so on and off for about the last decade. I've just returned to Australia from living in the UK for about two years and figure it's time I played the role of host rather than hostee. Plenty of great folk looked after me while I was overseas, and it's high time I return the favour to any travelers keen on spending a few nights in Sydney. It is quite simply Australia's greatest city!

I'm here to meet like minded people who are interested in sharing travel experiences. I also have a spare sofa bed in a massive room in Sydney that should really be occupied by traveling types who need somewhere to stay!

Absolutely love the outdoors, and exploring it any way possible. Love my sport too, football, cricket, rugby league and of course, Aussie rules football. Don't mind a game of chess either. Partial to a game of Fifa.

Pulp Fiction is still quality. Read a lot of non fiction, sport and sciency stuff generally but like a good novel just as much. If you're playing Billy Joel, Guns N Roses, Led Zeppelin, Dire Straits, Cold Chisel, Elton John, Queen, Buddy Holly, Abba, Meatloaf, The Dubliners or the Pogues I'll be very happy. And that's probably what I'll play you.
