Music: happy type of choir/soul music with meaningful thought provoking makes your body get pins& needles

Movies: The tempest always recommend that. But honestly never scary horror movies I did as a kid sleep walk & I don’t need any more bad thoughts. I don’t watch tv or stick around when people start talking about death in a way that isn’t helpful. Like your words hold power & you can’t speak life or death. & yes I’m oversharing a little
