Salut! I grew up on family trips to different cities all along the east coast but every time something was missing. Each trip I failed to make any friends, meet new people, and really explore the local culture. So I am looking forward to meeting new people from around the world and make up for the lost opportunities.

The past couple of years I have focused my travels in Montreal. I fell in love with the city as soon as i saw the street signs turn from English to french when i crossed the border. The city is such a unique clash between European style, Canadian friendliness and hospitality, and francophone dialect. I even started learning french the first day I was in Montreal.

I am a baker and patissier who has a passion for what i do. but this was not always my field of study. I Attended community college studying environmental science but then switched my major to liberal arts and sciences so i could graduate earlier. One day i dream to work and absorb french technique of pastry in Montreal while learning french, and then move to Japan and learn the unique breads, desserts, culture, and language.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music, indie, hip-hop, vaporwave, alternative, and pretty much everything in between. (except country lol)
I have watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy a millions times. I try to go to the theater as much as i can to keep up to date with the latest films but I usually just stay home and watch free films online. Im also into anime but not as much as i was in highschool. I was captivated by classics like Cowboy BeBop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and studio Ghibli films.
