I'm 21 training to be a chef, have decided that the Margaret River region is ideal, I know a local head chef named Sean Carter, working at a local restaurant, 'The Common' hopefully can take me as an apprentice working a certificate at Bunbury TAFE once a week or three times a week an working wkends to hopefully cover rent if the stay expires the length of time required.
