I live in Shoreline just north of the Seattle city line (15 minute drive to downtown Seattle or 40 min bus) with my wife Stephanie. We are both in our mid 20s and work environmentally-oriented careers (I work in water resources, she works in renewable energy).

We are fun and adventurous people who love live and electronic music, festivals, and the outdoors. We are both rock climbers (myself more than her) and generally are out in the mountains on weekends. We know Seattle's nightlife pretty well and can recommend places and events depending on what you're into. If we're home on a weekend we would love to show you around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted couch surfers a couple times before but never had an account on this website. At this point we don't get to travel very much so we are hoping to bring some of that experience into our home. We hope to travel long-term in a couple of years and would love to meet people from all over the world to reconnect with down the road! The opportunity to practice our weak spanish is an added bonus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a commercial diver for six years. I worked all over (or under) the Puget Sound and saw some crazy things. Ask me about them sometime!
