About Me

Hi. Im from Honolulu Hawaii. I left home in 2013 in search for a better way to live than the exploitation of the earth's resources to simply feed and shelter myself. So I chose to retire at 22 and live in harmony with nature in Fiji. After a years worth of visa extensions I learned of people making 200-400 dollars a day picking cherries in New Zealand so I went. 7 months later sick of the rat race I ended up at a Buddhist monastery. In search for something more complete I found Ananda Marga and stayed with them in NZ and Australia. After learning a fasting technique from them I went to Thailand to practice and ended up fasting for 14 days on water only. After that experience in combination with watching John St. Juliens YouTube videos, I had compassion for all the people in the world whose fasts unlike mine were not only in many instances on this planet involuntary but who had not clean water to drink in any let alone ample quantity. So I went to India in search for the truth of this life. Early on in my journey there I met a guy whose energy was more harmonious than any I had experienced amongst various people and organisations in India. When my visa expired 6 months later I decided to go to the Maitri center he mentioned to make sure I wasnt missing out on anything. Eventually I found out that from the very beginning of my journey the universe was synchronistically guiding me in a way some might call destiny to that very place in that very moment in the same way I believe it is, through serendipitous events, guiding each one of us. Its just with our active minds and busy schedules it's difficult to hear and see it. So ya the beat goes on and the story continues to unfold. If our paths are meant to cross than I'm sure they will. If they're not than hopefully you enjoyed this story.

I hope your having a wonderfully marvelous day.
Peace, Aloha, Zai Jian, and Namaste

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share the meditation I learned in Nepal or the yoga Asana series I taught myself from the internet. I also know how to live well and inexpensively in all the countries I've lived for example Rishikesh in India at Ved Niketan(not found on Google) an ashram whose incentive is people rather than profits, providing clean private rooms for $2 a day and meals for $1 with 2 free yoga classes per day included and a bath in the river Gangha only a 1 minute walk away.
