About Me

I'm from Florida and moved to NYC two years ago. I'm a cat person who also likes dogs (and pretty much most animals). I'm a theatre geek who loves arts and likes to visit museums. I feel like you can learn most things about me from my likes section unfortunately.. lol.

I'm trying to travel as much as I can, mostly inside the country for now. I've been lucky enough to visit: Atlanta, Denver, Austin, Philadelphia, and of course the Big Apple. Looking to expand but my goal is to try to visit Canada sometime in the future, hopefully soon!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel with the freedom of being alone and meeting new people and creating new friendships. I want to explore as much as possible with the help of people who know their way around a city that I’m new to.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Freaky Friday; Stardust; Dan in Real Life; the Squid and the Whale; The Witch; Titanic; Hereditary; mother!
TV: Buffy the Vampire Slayer; Parks and Rec; Westworld; Big Brother; RuPaul's Drag Race; Will and Grace; Full Metal Alchemist; Steven Universe; Ozark
Music: Florence and the Machine; Paramore; Niki and the Dove; Beyoncé; Lady Gaga; Rhianna; Fall Out Boy; Fleetwood Mac; Charli XCX; Tove Lo; Sky Ferreira; SZA

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Five years ago I took my first vacation by myself to visit a friend in New York and I still can't believe I did it! It was the beginning of my traveling bug.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My cooking skills, but beware, I am a vegetarian. I also know a good amount of sign language, enough to have a conversation, so I can teach you some things.
