Overview
About Me
I am a 22 year old student from New Zealand who is currently trying to experience as much of the world as I can. This is my first trip outside of my motherland and I will be travelling Asia for 3 and a half months. I am extremely friendly (almost to a fault) and a very tidy and respectful person, which I can assure you most Kiwi's are. I am very sociable and always find the positives in every situation I face. I enjoy nothing more than getting to know people from different countries to gain a practical understanding of their culture and ways of life. I speak fluent English and would be willing to help prospective hosts to learn.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing for the same reason as everyone else really. I love meeting new people. I like immersing myself in new cultures and ways of life to broaden my perspective.
Music, Movies, and Books
I must have a book on my person at all times. I enjoy reading thriller and crime novels predominantly. I listen to every type of music imaginable. My favorites at the moment include, in no particular order; Rage against the machine, Skepta, The Weeknd, Dream Theater, Vic Mensa (Kids these days) and the gorgeous T Swizzle.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled Vietnam for a month with a motorbike from Saigon to Hanoi. It was the most amazing experince of my life. I got to see just how beautiful the Vietnamese countryside really is and met so many amazing people along the way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am studying a Bachelor of Commerce in New Zealand with majors in Finance and International Business. I have studied for 2 years and have another year till completion.
