I am trying couchsurfing to expand myself and try new possibilities, Had a great first experience couchsurfing in Basel, Switzerland this March, 2016 and look forward to doing it again soon!

Just this February, 2016, I completed a 25 day panchakarma treatment at www. mitrahermitage.com, in Kerala, India, focusing on wellness, yoga, meditation, detoxification with an organic vegan diet and Indian aruvedic treatments through out the day. There were difficulties and challenges along the way like drinking ghee, Just awful for detox and this limited strict diet.

And one more, Arrived in Basel, Switzerland during the Baselworld Fair with the city sold out and managed to find a wonderful delightful couple for my first couch surfing experience!

I can share a multi dimensional approach to world travel and possibly a few things others may have not thought of before, I have been actively world traveling since the early 1980's with my first trips on my own being Rio de Janeiro, and then Machu Pichu in Peru and Galapagos Islands in Ecuador. I think I learned a lot along the way as long as well as making a lot of mistakes in the early years. For example, my first trip to Thailand in 1989 on my 30th brithday was full of potentially dangerous situations. I was incredibly naive and it is amazing how vulnerable I was.
