I am a lover of travel who is on another adventure. I got the travel bug when I took a gap year in Mexico City as a Rotary exchange student. It was so incredibly rewarding to share perspectives with others and learn a foreign culture and language. I also measure at 6'8", so don't be alarmed the first time you see me in person

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfers know the value of travel and enjoy sharing in their experiences. I have seen SO MUCH generosity from people along my journeys, and it's taught me to show that same generosity in my own life whenever possible. I always like to meet travelers of diverse backgrounds, and I prefer to interact with locals, not just stay at a hotel

Interests

My biggest hobby is buying, selling, and collecting record albums. I love the way they sound compared to CDs and mp3s and I appreciate the romance of a spinning black piece of vinyl. My parents own an antique shop and I've gotten into that, selling records, antiques, and oddities.

I'd like to say I could make you a killer meal, but I'm not so great a chef. But I love helping out! I grew up on a small farm and I know how to lend a hand, so let me know if you need help with cleaning, yard work, or odd jobs, or a sous chef.
