My Girlfriend and I have been backpacking across Europe since May 25th. We've seen southern, central, and Eastern Europe. Of late we've travelled through Bosnia, Serbia, Romania, and now Bulgaria.
I grew up and live on a cattle ranch in small town Texas. My Girlfriend lives in Dallas. I love the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and nature in general. I very much appreciate the fact that Eastern Europe seems to have wild and untamed places, as opposed to Spain and Italy which have very few.
We have yet to see a squirrel on our trip, and it bothers me very much.

While in Sarejevo, Bosnia we met a nice South Korean woman who has been traveling by herself for over a year and 1/2. She gave rave reviews about couchsurfing.com, so my girlfriend and I figured we had to give it a shot before we headed home!!
