I am a divorced fun loving guy, who always enjoys meeting people from other places. I have travelled extensively to
Asia, Europe and North American who enjoys hosting and meeting other travellers. Southern California has a lot of appeal for visitors to enjoy.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to be a good, gracious host, that will allow the visitor to enjoy his travels. I would certainly cater to an individuals needs and tastes in his visit, being sensitive to be a gracious host. I would certainly treat a guest the way I would want to be treated.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couch surfed, but did travel all thru Europe staying in hostels, when I was younger. I think couch surfing is a great way for folks to travel the world and meet great local people.

Interests

I love sailing and could maybe take a couchsurfer sailing with my friends. I also enjoy hiking, and old movies. I am a member of a hiking club and a club that enjoys going to movie houses to see classic movies.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a big Beatle and classic rock fan. As well as a big classic movie fan. Los Angeles is the home to great movie making and there is much to enjoy here in that realm.

I have trekked in the Himalayas, going to the top of the Annapurnia Sanctuary.

I am an avid mentor of those who want to be entrepreneurial, and have coached many in their business startups.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Great surroundings, we can go whale watching, beaches to visit, great food, and meet my local friends. Help with travel plans for other parts of the area. Also I do have a friendly Himalayan cat for those who might be allergic to cats. He doesnot bite haha and is quiet and friendly.
