ABOUT ME

A Kiwi boy with Irish, Scottish and English ancestory.
Lived in New Zealand, Canada, France and Japan and now in Aus working as a Doctor in a beach town 90mins south of Sydney called Wollongong. I often have a pretty hectic work schedule (upwards of 60hrs per week) and not much chance to travel at the moment so really hoping you can bring the travel experience to my appartment :)
Love chilaxing overseas, going with the flow and seeing what happens (would rather spend 10days in one place than constantly travelling around). Love meeting new people and really like almost any sport and cooking and have not yet found a cuisine I didn't like (especially love korean, japanese, thai and indian).

PHILOSOPHY
It is easy for someone like me from a rich country to say the meaning of life is to have fun, hopefully I will be able to repay the world for all the fun i have already had...unfortunately however most experiences are priceless

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been travelling around a lot and have had little opportunity to host anyone other than friends. I now have an awesome sofabed that is just begging for some cool travelers to sleep on it!
I have been hosted a few time in Japan which have been awesome.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Paris I lived on a friend couch for about 2 weeks, It was awesome! Nothing like living with people who know the city and the warm hospitality of a friend that very few hotels or hostels can match.

Interests

I love languages, meeting people, cooking, like playing and watching rugby, golf, tennis, skiing (well pretty much any sport). Oh yea and like books and movies like everyone else.

I could teach you a Haka better than the All Black one,
how to cook some awesome food (well I could try...), English, French and cheers in about 20 different languages.
