Whats happening, i'm james :)

Im 29 years old living in Brisbane. Crazy how much there is to do here. I am a pretty out doorsy type of guy. I love getting out and about. Love going to the beach, just started surfing and absolutely love it. Love going up into the mountains and exploring lookouts and walks. Love Canyoning. I just try to make the most of my time off work when I can. Love hanging with friends.

I have travelled through Europe, Asia, middle east and NZ. I want to do and see so much more. I am taking a year off work and travelling. I can not wait, Its something I have wanted to do for a few years now. I plan to continue to travel as much as possible.

Update****

I have left work, and left my home and will depart Australia this month on a one way ticket overseas. Im super excited to finally be starting this adventure. Can not wait to see as much of the world as possible. I have no set itinerary and just want to see where my adventures take me. looking forward to meeting new friends all around the globe. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im looking at sleeping on your couch because what an awesome way to travel. Yeah I could drop hundreds of dollars on hotels or apartments, but where is the fun in that. I don't want to travel to stay in nice hotel rooms, I want to travel to spend as much time as I can seeing and doing. Staying with people who actually live and have an invested interest in the area and place they call home. Hopefully couch surfing leads me to make new friends. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived a night lost in the blue mountains in winter during a storm and rain in freezing cold conditions. Haha not the most amazing success story but a good story non the less. (spoiler alert i made it out with all my friends and even missed a day of work)

Eager to learn. Happy to share. I could teach you about 4 chords on a guitar at this stage but I am working on that.
