Overview
About Me
I love learning from other people, and finding new connections and making new memories with people is one of the best ways to learn about others as well as ourselves. I try my best to be present and grounded in my day-to-day life, valuing the people I'm with in each moment, not trying to worry to far into the future or dwell to deep into the past. I get along best with people who are interested in understanding themselves as well as others.
I'm generally very outgoing and energetic, but I also love a quiet, peaceful, and slow day. Quality time with quality company is something I am always looking to have. When I go out, it is exclusively to find good music, art, and/or to dance like a wild fool!
Lastly, I'm queer and bisexual, and only wish to stay with people who are warmly accepting of that, and believe in all of us coming as we are :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm a novice backpacker embarking on a 3+ month trip across Europe and beyond! I have no clue where this trip will take me or what I will learn from it and that is the most exciting part :) I'm really eager to be here on CS because many of my backpacker friends have spoken highly of the wonderful people you can meet and the adventures this community will take you on that you can find no where else!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One year I had travel plans to go to the Bonnaroo Music Festival near Nashville, Tenessee. Days before the festival was supposed to begin, it was canceled due to very intense flooding in the region of the festival. I had a very large group that was all planning on going together, and many of us wouldn't be able to get refunds on any of our travel bookings or camping equipment, so we decided to meet in Nashville anyway. A couple of our friends that lived nearby owned a plot of land on a field, and we decided to throw our own festival! We rented speakers, built a "stage", invited some local artists and printed fliers, and had a small hippy festival. It was seriously so magical!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you to: DJ, juggle, cook the best eggs you've ever had, cook American Pancakes, and probably many other random things in my brain!
What I Can Share with Hosts
It would be my absolute pleasure to return the great favor of my stays with dinners and food, even if it's just in the form of groceries and produce! However I can help support your hospitality I would like to.
