I'm a traveler! I've been living in Germany with a wonderful family helping take care of their kids as an au pair. Unfortunately my time in Germany is coming to an end and I want to travel and see more before I need to go back to America!

Although staying in hostels is a great way to meet people, often times being with or knowing a local and getting tips from them is far better for seeing the cool parts of a city. Also some hostels are very out of my price range.

I love it all! Except for horror movies, I want to wake up in the night me be able to go to the bathroom and not fear for my life of what lurks in the shadows.

Out of all the places I've seen, one of the my favorites will always be the abandoned theme park in Berlin. Went there at night with a couple of hostel mates and had a grand ol time. Very spooky tho!
